FANCY INDIAN

Among the most spectacular mas costumes, Indians are based on the indigenous peoples of North America. The wearer decides how expansive he/she wants this costume to be and China will continue this tradition with several options. The headpiece in its simplest form, has grown over the years in splendour and size.  Fancy Indians are still seen on the Savannah stage, and the Fancy Indian influence can be seen in many of the “King” and “Queen” costumes.
